What is a vacuum evaporator?
a vacuum evaporator heats a liquid medium to produce clean water.This happens under vacuum, which lowers the boiling point of water. The medium then separates during boiling. for example, if you evaporate zinc-nickel concentrateand clean water, which you can put back into the production process. The advantage of vaporizing with a heat pump, as we offer it, is the high concentration rate. 1000 liters of evaporated medium produce in average 950 liters of water with exellent properties for the chemical industry. The efficiency at this point is of course always dependent on the degree of contamination of the evaporated medium.
