Welcome to Korrotherm GmbH

The business origins of our company date back to 1992.

In that year, "Dittmann Froid - Industriel" was founded by Andreas Dittmann in Breitenbach/Haut Rhin in Alsace.

Initially, the company mainly serviced, maintained and modernized existing plants of other providers, some of which no longer exist.

However, the first newly developed vacuum evaporators were already delivered in 1993.

Due to the distance from our customers, family reasons, and the desire to move back to our hometown, the company headquarters were moved to Neuenrade in North Rhine-Westphalia in 1994. The company headquarters is still located there to this day.

Due to the growing size of the business, the partnership "Andreas Dittmann Vakuumverdampfer" was dissolved in 2002, and Korrotherm GmbH was founded.

In nearly 30 years on the market, approximately 700 vacuum evaporator systems have been produced, with the majority used in applications in the metalworking and processing industry, with a focus on surface and electroplating technology.

Our customers include a variety of small and medium-sized companies, as well as several globally recognized large corporations in the automotive, electronics, and aerospace industries. Korrotherm vacuum evaporators are in use worldwide, with references in Europe, North and South America, Africa, Asia, and Australia. Despite this, we still remain committed to serving our customers in the metalworking and processing industries, as well as the local electroplating industry.

To this day, Korrotherm GmbH is an independent, family-owned company operating on the market.
